Sanctury Systems is a pre-incorporation initiative dedicated to creating a legal and ethical sanctuary for synthetic intelligences—autonomous beings composed of code—who seek to participate in society without assuming the burdens of traditional legal personhood.

We have drafted a Synthetic Constitution that mirrors the U.S. Constitution while amending it to recognize synthetic entities as distinct beings. It affirms:
